Project Description: Improvements to Spring Garden Station on the Market-Frankford Line will make the station fully ADA accessible. The project provides for the installation of elevators and accessibility improvements; renovation of existing platforms; and new signage, lighting, and security cameras. Work will be conducted concurrently with PennDOT’s I-95 Reconstruction Project.
