Project Description: The project includes the development and implementation of a system-wide asset management program to facilitate the requirements of the FTA Transit Asset Management Final Rule. This project includes the creation and implementation of asset management processes, as well as the deployment of software systems that will have the data necessary to accurately track existing asset inventory and conditions.
